Steven Y Chen

Steven Y Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and strategy, currently serving as Sr Manager of Buyer Risk at eBay since February 2020, where policies for payment disputes are managed. Previously, Steven held various roles at LendingClub from November 2013 to February 2020, including Manager of Lending Risk Infrastructure and Manager of Risk Strategy Automation/Execution, overseeing the migration of backend rules and leading a team in fraud and credit strategy development. Additionally, Steven co-founded and served as CEO of Eagle Club Indoor Golf, contributing to the establishment of San Francisco’s first indoor golf facility and later serving as a board member. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Management and Marketing Management and an MBA from California State University - East Bay.
