Tom Colwell serves as the Sr Director, Americas HR Shared Services at eBay. He joined eBay in 2016 as the Director, HR Business Partner for Global Customer Experience from DWFritz Automation, where he had been an HR Consultant. Before that, he spent 10 years at Intel, most recently as a Leadership Development Portfolio Manager. He holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
