Tom Dolan

Tom Dolan is an accomplished Manager of Software Development, currently overseeing projects involving one of the world’s largest mobile applications. At eBay from 2015 to 2024, Tom served in various technical and managerial roles, including iOS Architect for the Payments department and Engineering Manager. Tom's journey in software development began at CREO Agency, where they developed iOS applications and designed Web-Service APIs. Additionally, Tom enriched the academic community as a Part-Time Lecturer at the Oregon Institute of Technology, where they taught Mobile Application Development. Tom holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and an associate degree in Computer Software Engineering from Portland Community College.
