Ty Baker

Ty Baker currently serves as the Head of Global Buyer Experience at eBay since October 2022, having previously held the position of Head of Service Delivery for North America. Prior to eBay, Ty Baker worked at Comcast from January 2013 to October 2022, achieving the role of Vice President for the West Division Care, Onboarding, and Payment Services Centers of Excellence, where responsibilities included leading 1,800 employees and improving customer experience metrics to the top company-wide ranking. Ty Baker's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at DIRECTV from August 2002 to January 2013, starting as a Customer Care Representative and progressing to Senior Manager of Customer Care. Ty Baker holds a BS degree in Health Promotion, Business, Marketing, Management, and Health Education from Boise State University, as well as a degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
