Yi Tong

Yi Tong is a technology leader passionate about building software within collaborative environments. With extensive experience in cloud transformation, SRE, DevOps, and database engineering, Yi has led interdisciplinary teams to design and implement large-scale distributed systems. At eBay, Yi managed engineering teams and currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer, developing robust cloud-based solutions. Previously, as a Cloud Platform Architect at StubHub, Yi established data architecture and automation patterns for both GCP and on-premises infrastructures. Yi holds dual degrees in Automation Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is pursuing a Master's in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
