Zhi Zhou

Zhi Zhou is the VP & Chief Risk Officer at eBay. He is responsible for payment fraud, Buyer & Seller risk policies, and decision science. He joined eBay in 2019 from Uber, where he had served as Head of Global Risk Management. Before that, he was Chief Risk Officer & Enterprise Analytics with BorrowersFirst, Inc. He holds a BA, Economics/Mathematics from Lawrence University, and a MA, Economics from the University of California, Davis.
