Jay Lewis has a diverse work experience. Jay started their career as an Insurance Servicing Representative at QBE First in 2011, where they processed mortgage loans, flood insurance policies, and claim forms. Jay then joined Adecco/QBE First as a Claims Customer Service Representative in 2013, handling calls and data entry in a fast-paced claims call center. In 2014, Jay worked at Randstad/Vanguard as a Web Tech Support Specialist, providing technical support to internal and external clients. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at PrizeLogic, initially as a Project Coordinator and later as a Delivery Campaign Manager, responsible for managing client programs and projects. In 2020, Jay joined PrizeLogic as a Digital Program Manager and subsequently became a Senior Digital Program Manager. Jay then transitioned to the role of Senior Program Manager, where they managed multiple loyalty sites and a team of people. Currently, Jay is working at ebbo as a Senior Manager of Digital Program Management & Loyalty Ops.
Jay Lewis attended Grambling State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
