Maayan Roman has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics, marketing, and account management.
From 2016 to the present, Maayan has been working at ebbo, starting as the Sr. Manager of User Onboarding & CRM. They then progressed to become the Marketing Strategist, Sr. Manager of Data Insights, and Sr. Manager of DTC Analytics. They are currently serving as the Director of Analytics.
Prior to joining ebbo, Maayan worked at Avant from 2014 to 2016 as the Retention and Email Marketing Manager. In this role, they achieved significant results in growing loan issuance volume, driving refinancing and repeat customer volume, and saving costs through email retargeting and process automation. They also launched a successful List Rental channel and negotiated favorable contracts.
Before Avant, Maayan was with Lot18 from 2011 to 2014 as the Senior Manager of Retention Marketing.
Their earliest experience was at Experian CheetahMail from 2009 to 2011. They started as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they managed setup and execution for clients, conducted A/B split testing, integrated third-party vendors, and provided support on email marketing best practices.
Throughout their career, Maayan has gained expertise in analytics, user onboarding, CRM, data insights, marketing strategy, email marketing, retention marketing, and account management.
Maayan Roman completed their Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Management, with a focus on Marketing and Finance, from Binghamton University School of Management in the period from 2005 to 2009. Later on, they pursued further education and earned a Master's of Science degree in Business Analytics & Project Management (BAPM) from the University of Connecticut between the years 2017 and 2019.
