Olivia Headen

Olivia Headen's work experience includes serving as a Product Owner at ebbo since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LightBox from 2018 to 2022, holding various roles such as Product Manager, Implementation Manager, Implementation Specialist, and Junior Business Analyst. From 2018 to 2022, Olivia also worked at EDR as an R&D Tech/Business Analyst. Before that, they gained experience at Fairfield University, where they worked as a Research Assistant, Circulation Desk Worker, Dance Ensemble President, and New Student Leader from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Olivia served as a Residential Program Summer Intern at CT Green Bank in 2017, where they conducted research and streamlined financial data. Olivia also worked as a Sales Associate at Danbury Fair Mall from 2014 to 2016.

Olivia Headen completed their high school education at Brewster High School from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Fairfield University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Environmental Studies and Communication. Olivia also pursued a minor in Biology during their undergraduate program. In September 2019, Olivia obtained a certification in Business Analysis in Agile Projects (ICP-BVA) from ICAgile.
