Robert Breunig

Robert Breunig has an extensive work experience in the field of finance, holding various senior positions in different companies. Robert started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1988, where they served as a Manager overseeing financial and internal control audits for manufacturing, retail, and construction companies.

In 1995, Breunig joined Fraser Papers, Inc. as the Manager of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the multinational specialty paper and converting company.

In 1998, Breunig joined Cendant Membership Services as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Robert developed financial models and implemented a multi-dimensional financial analysis database to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial planning and analysis function.

Breunig moved on to Synapse Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Time Warner, in 1999, where they served as Vice-President of Finance. Robert oversaw accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions. Robert also played a crucial role in the initial public offering process, including the preparation of the SEC filings and due diligence presentations to investment bankers.

In 2011, Breunig joined QSP, Inc., a division of Time Warner, as the EVP/CFO. Robert led a team focused on the sale of the majority of the business, actively participating in negotiations and transition services agreements.

From 2006 to 2014, Breunig served as EVP/Chief Financial Officer at Synapse Group, Inc. Robert was responsible for setting the direction and driving the profitability of the magazine and merchandise product marketing company. Robert managed the company's finance organizations, including accounting, financial planning, analysis, and shared services functions.

Breunig then joined Akademos, Inc. in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations until 2016.

Finally, in 2016, Breunig joined ebbo as the Chief Financial Officer, where they currently serve.

Robert Breunig attended North Branford High School from 1980 to 1984, where they acquired a High School degree. From 1984 to 1988, they attended Bucknell University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
