Aliaa Khalaf holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT from Kuwait University, which was obtained from 1985 to 1989. In 2015, they obtained an MBA in Strategic Management from Victoria University and in the same year, they also obtained an HR Management Diploma from Brilliance Business School. In 2014, they obtained a Strategic Management Diploma and in 2013, they obtained an Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management Diploma as well as a Human Resources Management Diploma, both from Brilliance Business School. Additionally, they completed a Life & Relationship Coach program from Mars & Venus Coaching in 2018 and an Integrated Organization Development program from Human Capital in 2019.
