Ramy Ali

Ramy Ali is an experienced IT professional with expertise in infrastructure management and technical support. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of IT Infrastructure at Egyptian Banks Company since October 2009, Ramy has played key roles as IT Infrastructure Team Leader and Senior Infrastructure Engineer, focusing on project management and enhancing client services. Previously, Ramy worked as a System Administrator at Zamil Steel, where responsibilities included network security management and server maintenance, and as a Technical Support specialist at Queen Company, providing comprehensive support across various applications and hardware. Ramy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Systems from Al Azhar University, completed in 2003.
