Jillian Yip

Jillian Yip is an accomplished Associate Director at Ethos BeathChapman, recognized as the 4th Top Biller in Asia for FY24 within nine months of joining the firm, and awarded the EBC Singapore Future Leader(s) and Newcomer of the Year for the same fiscal year. Prior to this role, Jillian served as a Principal at Ethos BeathChapman, achieving the status of Top Biller for Asia in Q3 FY24 and earning a rapid promotion to Associate Director within six months. Jillian previously held a managerial position at Hays, where achievements included being the Top Biller for Singapore in FY22 and Q1-Q3 of FY23, as well as receiving multiple awards and promotions over three years. Jillian's career began in various roles before graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (Honours) from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a minor in Communications, complemented by studies in Psychology at Temasek Polytechnic.
