Patrick Collard

Patrick Collard is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Estimating for Major Projects at EBC Inc. since April 2018. Notable achievements include leading successful bids for significant projects such as the $1.9 billion Pont de l’Île d’Orléans and the $300 million REM station at Montreal Trudeau Airport. Prior to EBC Inc., Patrick worked at Kiewit as a Superintendent, managing multi-million dollar projects, including the $2.4 billion Portmann Hwy 1 estimate and the $650 million Sea to Sky Highway Improvement Project. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Neilson Inc. and Systems Integration at Sceptre Advanced Business Solutions. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, obtained in 2000.
