Casey Golden

Casey Golden is an Employee Benefits Consultant who specializes in helping small to mid-sized businesses navigate employee benefits, focusing on compliance and long-term strategy. Before transitioning to this field, Casey played Division I baseball at UNC Wilmington for four years and then spent six years as a professional athlete with the Colorado Rockies, gaining valuable skills in discipline and teamwork. Currently, Casey serves as VP of Business Development at eBen while also working as a Baseball Development and Mental Skills Consultant and an Insurance Agent at North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise and Economy from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
