Yev Muchnik

Yev Muchnik has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Yev began their legal career as an Anti-Corruption and White Collar Investigations Associate at Paul Hastings. Following this, Yev served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for JetSmarter, a private aviation technology startup, where they played a key role in the company's growth and expansion. After leaving JetSmarter, Yev founded ESQLegal, a collaborative coworking space for attorneys. Yev then joined Santeon, Inc., an IT services company, as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Yev also served as a Founding Member of Rocky Mountain Blockchain Collaborative, a collaboration of legal and business innovators in the technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industry. As a Founding Partner of Launch Legal, LLC, a boutique corporate and securities transactional firm, Yev focused on serving entrepreneurs and disrupters. Yev Muchnik has a diverse education history. Yev has an LLB Honours degree in Law from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in International Business, Marketing, and Economics from the University of Colorado.
