Brynn Rodgers

Brynn Rodgers serves as the Regional Assisted Living Director of Operations for Iowa at Ebenezer since February 2020 and has held the position of Executive Director at Ramsey Village Continuing Care Retirement Community since August 2018. Additionally, Brynn has been a Divisional Director at Care Initiatives since June 2005, focusing on nursing home operations, human resources, and compliance with regulations. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing, where Brynn supported numerous facilities in census development and marketing strategies, as well as working as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Manager at Ward Enterprises from July 2003 to May 2005. Brynn holds an MBA in Health Care from Capella University and a BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Dakota.
