Haley Fleming

Haley Fleming is currently thriving as a Senior Chef at Pillars of Prospect Park, building on a robust background in culinary arts, including prior experience as a Float Chef for Ebenezer/M Health Fairview. They honed their baking skills as a pastry chef at Burch Steak and developed their leadership capabilities as a chef and supervisor at Kenwood Retirement, where they expanded their culinary knowledge and took on significant responsibilities. Haley is especially proud of assisting in the opening of a restaurant in Edina, Minnesota, where they were promoted to Sous Chef just before the launch. With a passion for improving the quality of life in senior communities through food and music, Haley also brings extensive experience in food education, event planning, and community involvement.
