Jim McCarthy

Jim McCarthy is an experienced property manager currently overseeing operations for a 55+ senior cooperative community at Ebenezer. Prior roles include site manager for GS Labs, LLC, where responsibilities involved the establishment and growth of a COVID-19 testing facility, and customer care supervisor at Shutterfly, Inc., leading to significant labor savings. Jim has also contributed to youth sports as president of Youth Lacrosse of Minnesota and has held various management positions in the hospitality industry, including general manager roles at Marriott Hotels and DUNN HOSPITALITY, INC. Jim holds an M.B.A in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business & Finance and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and the Kelley School of Business, respectively.
