Dennis Brown

Dennis Brown is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Manager of Operations Process Optimization at EBG since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing operational process flows to enhance employee efficiency and streamline cross-departmental functions. Prior to this, Dennis worked as a Service Delivery Analyst at KPMG US, providing project-based expertise across multi-functional teams in operations and strategy. Dennis gained valuable experience as a Senior Account Executive at Entertainment Benefits Group and as a Marketing Coordinator for Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos. Educationally, Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management from Nova Southeastern University.
