Ronald Alicea has extensive experience in ticket processing and customer support, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Ticket Processing & Support at Entertainment Benefits Group since July 2007, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Ronald worked as a Holiday Representative at Thomson Holidays from May 2006 to July 2007 and served as the Lead Concierge at Universal Orlando Resort from October 2001 to May 2006. Ronald holds a degree from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1999.
