Emily Clark

Emily Clark is the Genome Analysis Team Leader at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), where they focus on enhancing health, welfare, and sustainability in farmed animal genomics through increased data accessibility and usability. Their prior roles include serving as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Royal Veterinary College and as a Chancellor’s Fellow at the Roslin Institute, where they contributed to innovative research in functional genomics. Emily holds a PhD in Molecular Ecology from the University of Dundee and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science with Distinction from the University of St Andrews. They are committed to promoting FAIR data access and continue to maintain active research collaborations in genomics.
