Jonathan Balmforth

Jonathan Balmforth (Assoc CIPD) serves as a Human Resources Partner at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since November 2018, building on experience as a Human Resources Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a People & Skills Officer at Bluestone, achieving significant employee turnover reduction and various employee engagement initiatives. Jonathan's career also includes various HR roles at the University of Cambridge, such as HR Administrator and HR Operations Coordinator, as well as positions in event organization and international talent deployment. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
