Kyle Morris

Kyle Morris is a seasoned professional in structural biology with extensive experience in cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and protein structure determination. Currently serving as Team Leader at the European Bioinformatics Institute since September 2023, Kyle previously held the position of Senior EM Scientist at Diamond Light Source from April 2021 to September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Investigator Scientist at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences, and multiple postdoctoral positions across universities including the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Warwick, where significant contributions to structural determination of biological complexes were made. Kyle holds a PhD in Biochemistry and a BSc in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sussex.
