Tushar Mandloi

Tushar Mandloi is a bioinformatician currently affiliated with the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since January 2022. Previously, Tushar held a position as a bioinformatics intern at Leiden University Medical Center, where contributions included the FAIRification of genomic data and the development of a genomic analysis pipeline for cancer patients. Prior experience also includes a research internship at the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), focusing on the analysis of RNA-seq data for liver and breast cancer and the identification of differentially expressed genes. Tushar holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Technology in Bioinformatics from DY Patil University.
