Vasily Sitnik

Vasily Sitnik is a skilled software developer and bioinformatics specialist with extensive experience in software development, data modeling, and bioinformatic pipeline implementation. Current involvement at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since June 2018 focuses on the development of distributed bioinformatic pipelines. Previous roles include serving as a research scientist at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology and a visiting researcher at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), where expertise in NGS data analysis and bioinformatics supported prominent research initiatives.
