Utkarsh Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Utkarsh began their career as a QA Tester at I Energizer Noida in 2007, where they developed skills in creating test cases and reporting bugs for games produced by companies like THQ and EA Sports. In 2008, they moved on to A1 Technology Mohali as a Quality Analyst, specializing in web application testing, client server applications testing, and load testing.

In 2010, Utkarsh joined EbizON as a Project Manager, playing a crucial role in the company's growth from its founding stage to a team of over 150 people. As a Project Manager, they successfully executed large-scale projects within strict time schedules and led a team of over 70 software developers, QA analysts, and business analysts.

Currently, Utkarsh holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Technology at EbizON. Their responsibilities include managing a highly trained development team, coordinating with multiple project managers for timely project deliveries, establishing project budgets, identifying resource requirements, and building client relationships.
