Jack O'Connell

Jack O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jack is currently working as a Client Delivery Lead at EBM (The Enterprise Bot Manager) since June 2021. Previously, they held the same position at Filament AI from July 2018 to April 2023.

Prior to that, Jack worked as a Senior Project Manager at W12 Studios for a brief period from March 2018 to June 2018. Jack also has experience in account management and client relations. Jack served as an Account Director at Golin from October 2017 to March 2018, and as a Senior Account Manager from April 2016 to September 2017.

Before joining Golin, Jack worked at Architect Digital Agency, where they held the roles of an Account Manager from September 2014 to March 2016 and an Account Executive from March 2013 to September 2014.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Temporary Administrator in the ATM department at Lenlyn Group from November 2012 to March 2013.

Jack began their career as a Graduate at the University of Birmingham, where they worked from 2008 to 2011.

Jack O'Connell completed their education at the University of Birmingham from 2008 to 2011, where they achieved a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Media. Prior to that, they attended Calday Grange Grammar School from 2001 to 2008, studying Law, English Literature, Sport, and Physical Education.
