Stacey Crossley has held various roles throughout their work experience. Stacey started their career at Tahitian Noni International in 1996, where they worked as a Manager of Sales and Service for 12 years until 2008. Following this, they joined EBMS as the Director of Client Services in July 2008, and their tenure at this company is ongoing.

Stacey Crossley attended Northwest College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Photography. Prior to that, they attended Columbus High School, where they were crowned Prom Queen. Stacey also holds an additional certification in "ICMI Advancing Contact Center Quality through Monitoring and Coaching," although the institution and the exact date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
