César Nije

César Nije has extensive experience in various legal roles, starting with an AmeriCorps position at Los Angeles Superior Court, where 600 volunteer hours were dedicated to assisting self-represented litigants. Subsequent roles include a Conflicts Analyst and Legal Intake Clerk at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where support was provided to general counsel and risk management with legal administration tasks. César also served as an Intern at the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations, coordinating discussions with prominent figures in international relations. In the non-profit sector, positions included Immigration Law Summer Intern at Ayuda, preparing applications for vulnerable clients, and Intake Coordinator at Public Counsel, focusing on Central American refugee cases. Most recently, César worked as a Paralegal for the Homelessness Prevention Law Project at Earthjustice, and currently serves as a Summer Law Clerk in the Office of General Counsel at EBMUD, while also holding a fellowship at Goodwin. César holds a Bachelor's degree from UCLA, obtained in 2015.
