Christopher Dinsmore

Christopher Dinsmore is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in water resource management and hydraulic modeling. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer at EBMUD since December 2010, Christopher leads the Inflow/Infiltration Control Program, ensuring compliance with the Consent Decree. Previously, as an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD, Christopher developed the PSL incentive program pilot project. Prior roles include Project Manager at HDR, where Christopher enhanced business development practices, and Project Engineer at CH2M HILL, focusing on hydraulic and hydrologic modeling for water and wastewater projects. Christopher began a career in engineering at Brown & Root, gaining valuable field and design experience across multiple states. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Fluid Dynamics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
