David Wallenstein has extensive engineering experience, currently serving as an Associate Engineer at EBMUD since 1999. Additionally, David has been a member of the California Urban Water Conservation Council since 2004. Previous roles include Staff Engineer positions at Foster Wheeler from 1996 to 1999 and Mobil Oil from 1990 to 1992. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 1990, and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2004.
