Elizabeth Bialek

Elizabeth Bialek, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Engineering Services at East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) since March 1995, leading a team of approximately 50 professionals and administering a $5 million annual operating budget. Elizabeth's previous experience includes roles as Senior Civil Engineer at EBMUD, where oversight of engineering and clerical staff involved managing substantial construction projects valued at around $100 million annually. Additional experience encompasses positions as Assistant Engineer in the City of Oakland and Roger Foott Associates, and Project Engineer at the Department of Water Resources. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley, along with international education from Gdańsk University of Technology.
