Gus Cicala III

Gus Cicala III, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently holding the position of Senior Civil Engineer at EBMUD since June 2012. Prior roles at EBMUD include Associate, Assistant, and Junior Civil Engineer. Previously, Cicala served as a Professional Engineer Trainee at the Florida Department of Transportation, and as a Teaching/Research Assistant at Florida Atlantic University, where engagement included applied hydraulics and hydrologic engineering. Additional hands-on experience includes work as a Staff Engineer at Public Utility Management and Planning Services, Inc., focusing on indirect potable reuse, and as an Engineering Intern at Balfour Beatty Construction and INIMA, with a focus on reverse osmosis projects.
