Jeff Bruel has extensive experience in water reclamation and operations management, currently serving as the Water Reclamation Operations Supervisor and Training Coordinator at EBMUD since August 1995. Additionally, Jeff held the position of Construction Coordinator/Shift Supervisor within the same organization. From August 2002 to December 2012, Jeff contributed to the Pinole Valley High Varsity Football team as a Linebacker Coach and Assistant Defensive Coordinator. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
