Joe Voelker

Joe Voelker is an accomplished Community Affairs Representative II at East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), managing outreach for capital projects in the East of Hills service area and engaging with customers and local government. Previously, Joe held significant roles including Wastewater Construction Outreach Manager at EBMUD, Field Representative for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, Legislative Affairs and Community Relations Representative at AC Transit, and various positions at Bank of the West. Joe's early experience includes serving as a Congressional District Representative for Congressman DeSaulnier and interning for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts from Diablo Valley College.
