Lilian Leung

Lilian Leung, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Lilian has been with EBMUD since November 2015, advancing through several roles including Senior Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer, focusing on program management, wastewater design, and civil/structural projects. Prior to EBMUD, Lilian worked at Willbros Group, Inc. as a Senior Civil Engineer and served as a Bridge Engineer at AECOM Transportation, where involvement included the design, renovation, and analysis of concrete bridges and steel structures. Early engineering experience includes an internship at Geosyntec Consultants, focusing on geotechnical and environmental projects. Lilian holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
