Linling Dong is an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD since May 2022, having previously worked as a Project Engineer and Staff Engineer at KPW Structural Engineers, Inc. from October 2019 to May 2022 and February 2016 to February 2019, respectively. Linling began a professional career as a Research Analyst in the Student Research Training Program at Chongqing University, focusing on the effect of mineral admixtures on the chloride ion permeability resistance of low water-cement ratio concrete under the supervision of Professor Zhengliang Li. Linling holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Chongqing University, along with a summer course in International and Intercultural Communication from the University of California, Berkeley.
