Luis Camacho is an experienced engineer with over 18 years of expertise in planning, execution, and control of multi-million dollar marine construction projects. Currently serving as an engineer at EBMUD since October 2021, Luis previously worked as a resident engineer for the City of Oakland from March 2017 to October 2021 and as a project manager at Connolly-Pacific Co. from July 1998 to March 2017. Luis possesses in-depth knowledge in project estimating, budgeting, project cost forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1998 and 2001.
