Matt Hoeft is an experienced wastewater planning professional currently serving as the Supervisor of Wastewater Planning at EBMUD since January 2015. Previously, Matt held the position of Associate Civil Engineer at the same organization. Prior to EBMUD, Matt worked at RMC Water and Environment as a Water/Wastewater Engineer from April 2004 to December 2014 and started as a Wastewater Intern at East Bay Municipal Utility District from June 2003 to April 2004. Matt holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from Clemson University.
