Michael Hartlaub P.E. is a professional engineer with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction and previously as a Senior Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD since February 2012, Michael leads projects related to water infrastructure, including the design and rehabilitation of pumping plants, reservoirs, and related facilities. Prior experience at Carollo Engineers from September 2005 to February 2012 involved project management and engineering for various water-related projects, encompassing planning, design, and construction phases. Michael holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
