Nicholas Doring is the Chief of Party at EBMUD, a position held since 2018. Previously, Nicholas served as the Project Surveyor Lead at LA Stevens and Associates, Inc. from 2014 to 2018. Nicholas completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies & Geography at the University of Oregon in 2011 and studied Surveying Technology at Santa Rosa Junior College from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Nicholas has experience in GIS and project management from their time at the University of Oregon.
