Sam F.

Sam F. is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Manager of Budget at EBMUD since February 2021, overseeing a $1.3 billion annual budget and a team of seven. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Debt Administrator at EBMUD, managing a $2.7 billion debt program, and worked at Moody's Investors Service as an Assistant Vice President - Analyst, where responsibilities included local government bond ratings and extensive research.
