Shirley Lu

Shirley Lu, P.E. is an Associate Civil Engineer at EBMUD, where responsibilities involve engineering and construction for pipeline rebuilding as well as water supply engineering within water operations, starting in April 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at the City of San Jose, managing capital improvement projects and designing water system facilities from September 2012 to April 2015, and serving as a Project Engineer at Alisto Engineering Group, overseeing PG&E contracts and field operations from August 2011 to August 2012. Earlier work includes engineering internships at YEI Engineers, Center for Vocational Building Technology, MWH, and the Port of Oakland, providing a strong foundation in civil engineering. Shirley Lu holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
