Whitney Ray has extensive experience in water conservation and environmental management, currently serving as the Supervisor of Water Conservation at EBMUD since 2019. Previously, Whitney held the position of Manager for Impact-Directed Environmental Accounts at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in 2017, and worked at Frontier Energy, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 in various roles, including Senior Program Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, as well as a BA in Anthropology with a minor in Ecology from San Diego State University. Additionally, Whitney completed a Leadership and Management Program at UC Berkeley Extension, contributing to significant research outcomes that promoted sustainable agricultural practices in Hawaii.
