Renée Bergkamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food quality, agriculture, water, and energy. Having served as the Director-General of Food Quality at the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality from 2002 to 2007, they later held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Supervisory Board at the Voedingscentrum and Provincial Secretary of Noord-Holland. Currently, Renée is a member of the Council for the Environment and Infrastructure, and participates in multiple organizations related to water and agriculture, including as Chair of the Stichting Water for Life and the Board of Skal Biocontrole. Renée received a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law and International Law from VU Amsterdam.
