Wouter Schiferli

Wouter Schiferli is a Flow Assurance Discipline Lead and Senior Flow Assurance Engineer at EBN B.V., where responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, overseeing storage license applications, and advising on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCUS) development in The Netherlands. Schiferli actively contributes to the ISO/TC265 standard development for CCUS. Prior experience includes roles as a Hydrodynamic Expert at Wärtsilä and various engineering positions at Shell, including E&P Process Engineer and Flow Assurance Engineer, focusing on multiphase flow modeling. Additional experience as a Technical Consultant and R&D Engineer at TNO involved challenging numerical modeling projects and flow-induced pulsation studies. Schiferli holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of Twente.
