Markus Maier

Markus Maier is a Rechtsanwalt at Ebner Stolz, where they focus on national and international corporate transactions, venture capital, private equity, corporate law, and startup advisory since 2020. They completed their legal education with a Staatsexamen from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and furthered their studies by obtaining an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Stellenbosch University. Markus also completed their Referendariat at Landgericht Ulm between 2017 and 2019 and participated in a secondment at Frost Brown Todd in 2023.
