Bart Ostyn

Bart Ostyn began their work experience in 2010 as a Jobstudent Tax and Legal at Vandelanotte. Bart continued working as a Jobstudent Accountancy at Vandelanotte in 2011, 2012, and 2013. In 2014, they joined Capgemini as a Business Analyst, specializing in CRM and BI consulting for BNP Paribas Fortis. From 2017 onwards, Bart worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Petasos Webdesign, taking on various web development projects. In 2017, they also joined Unilin Group as an SAP FICO-consultant, where they worked on projects such as SAP roll-outs and plant maintenance. At Unilin, they also held roles as a Functional Analyst, focusing on functional analysis for eCommerce implementations, and as a UI/UX Expert. Bart's most recent position was as a Product Owner at e-BO Enterprises, starting in January 2023.

Bart Ostyn has a diverse education history. Bart started their academic journey in 2003 at Sint-Vincentiuscollege Ieper, where they studied Latin-Maths until 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Commercial Engineering with a major in Accountancy and Finance, as well as Production and Logistics from KU Leuven. This degree spanned from 2009 to 2012.

Building on their Bachelor's degree, Bart undertook a Master's degree in Business and Commercial Engineering at KU Leuven, specializing in Accountancy and Finance with a thesis focus on Enterprise Risk Management. Bart successfully completed this program between 2012 and 2014.

Aside from their formal education, Bart Ostyn has also obtained additional certifications to supplement their knowledge and skills. In September 2016, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Additionally, in February 2020, they attained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction De.
