Josh Dray

Josh Dray has worked for multiple companies in various HR roles. Josh started their career as an HR Manager at Transport for London from 2001 to 2005. Josh then worked as an HR Manager at Fairfax Media from 2006 to 2008. After that, they joined George Weston Foods and held multiple roles, including HR Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and HR Change Manager from 2008 to 2022. In 2022, they became the State HR Manager for VIC & SA at Ramsay Health Care. Currently, they are the Head of People - Pharmacy Services at EBOS Group Limited, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, Josh has shown a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives and delivering tangible results.

Josh Dray received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern Cross University, having studied there from 1994 to 1996.
